Without much surprise, everyone seemed to have something not good to say as well (except for one person for in which I forgot his name). I don't take that lightly and the only community for our hobby that allows free-speech is the Reddit community. My ass-hat topic was because you truly were a dick to me on your forums, I've never had a company publicly announce my purchase data, that's irrelevant and you got very down-voted on your own forums. I really hope you can maintain that level of service throughout your store as well.

My biggest gripe with your store and model in general Cameron, is that you fail to see that you under-mine people and treat that like crap.īut yes, if we're stating facts, you responded to my ticket much faster than expected and in a very professional matter. Everything I wish you were outside of that ticket. When I asked for support, you were on-par, quick, and professional. I have treated you no differently in the support ticket system even after the name calling (you actually received pretty quick service), and differences aside, talking like that has no place here or anywhere else. I'd really appreciate it if you'd have a bit more dignity when it came to the cuss word and name throwing. u/machvista, I understand you have your dislikes, but if we're being honest, calling people "ass-hats" and saying things like the quote above are really unwarranted and unnecessary. OP - another reason to not buy SkyMaxx, the store owner (X-Aviation) will shit on you if you merely talk your mind. I'm happy, and I hope 圎nviro's team is too!

I don't have their sales stats and can only speak for our own, which at the moment is still at record levels compared to previous versions of the software, and this is a continuing pace even after our upgrade offer moved away as an option. I have no issues with 圎nviro itself, and who knows if it's at the top or not. When you get a non-compressed view of ANY product (airplane, sky, scenery, etc) on your own computer your perception is going to be different than that of what may be shown in any video, stream, screenshot gallery, and so on. How much different do the clouds and environment look in the sim? None. You don't think OP was capable of doing that himself? He asked the question for a reason (presumably from real owners' perspective). If you had qualified your statement with that info then maybe I wouldn't care. I compared two products based on cloud and environment textures from screenshots and videos. I'm not in a tizzy over this, just pointing out a fact.
